Here's a fun hand from yesterday. No bluffs here, just value betting. I was sure I had the best hand. Actually, had the pfr not been in first position, I might have even bet the flop, but I was a little worried about a check-raise.

Preflop: Silverfist is Button with 3, 3.
UTG raises, UTG+1 calls, MP1 calls, 2 folds, Silverfist calls, 2 folds.

Flop: (9.40 SB) 8, 2, 6 (4 players)
UTG checks, UTG+1 checks, MP1 checks, Silverfist checks.

Turn: (4.70 BB) 2 (4 players)
UTG checks, UTG+1 checks, MP1 checks, Silverfist bets, UTG calls, UTG+1 folds, MP1 folds.

River: (6.70 BB) 6 (2 players)
UTG checks, Silverfist bets, UTG calls.

Final Pot: 8.70 BB

You don't really need them here. Notice the betting patterns on the flop and turn, and the board on 3rd, 4th and 5th.

33 is good here all the way. UTG shows AK or 2 other high cards.

Well not afraid of UTG, thinking more of what to do if anyone of the other two C/R or even calls the Turn. As it went now the river bet is a no brainer.

Your hand is good, he's trying to split the pot with Ace high on a double paired board.
Even if not, your putting 1 bet in after 6.5 on the river, if he folds once in 5 times your doing great. Add in that you have a high likelyhood of having the best hand and really good chance of being called by A high.
