Question 1: If I have a four flush on the flop and miss the flush on the turn one should still bet the turn if I believe 4 people will call it right ??
Question 2: Using same principle How many people do i need in the hand to bet the turn if I have four flush and a gutshot on the flop OR four flush and a pair (any, top bottom or middle) on the flop and miss the turn

1) Why not check call? You sure as hell don't want to be raised, and if you hit the river, you can check raise.
2) Four flush = 9 outs, gutshot = 4 outs, If you already HAVE a pair (one card on the board, one in your hand) you can hit 2 outs to make a three of a kind, or 3 outs to pair your other card.. so if i did all that right you have 18 outs. Essentially, it doesn't matter. On an 18 outer you almost always have the odds.

No easy answers here, and there is even merit in mixing it up a bit because your options could very well be very close in value.
What are your other outs? Whare is the chance they fold?
Also, consider that leading a 4-flush out of position into a large field quite often isn't the best way to play the hand because it will put you into this very spot if you miss and make it harder to get in an extra bet when you hit.
