Villain is aggressive, but not much of a read otherwise. I have some notes that he spews in limit holdem, but not sure if he pays off a lot. Should I value bet?

Feel free to convert this if you know how.

TLR is an unknown quantity at this point
The only hand he may call you with that you can beat is 1 pair with a hand like KJxx, if he has a naked flush draw he is not paying you. I doubt this 8 helped him in any way (although it may give him 2 pair), I dont think I value bet it.
