Ok, Here's the situation...

I'm sitting at a full ring table of LHE with 2 people to my left that have vpip's over 50% (after 50+hands) and post flop AF numbers lower then 1. There is also 2 other people across the table from me with basically the same numbers. Is it alright to alter my strategy slighty when facing a raise from my right?

What I'm getting at is can I use their likelyhood to come in to the pot even facing 2 bets as implied odds and loosen up on my PF cold calling? I am obviously taking into account the PF raise% of the person raising when thinking about this.
I posted this above on a different forum and didn't get much of a response. I wanted to check here.

Basically, When I'm next to act after a raise PF, I go into fold or raise mode. However, occassionally I'll be sitting at a table where 4-5 people have vpip's >50% and are known to cold call regularly. At this point (assuming most of those people are yet to act) can I go with hands that I'd call "after" them (slightly better hands to offset the times when they fold) and cold call before them?

For the right to be governed, waste them without mercy.

Yes, with draw friendly hands only...pairs, suited connectors, suited Aces. With other premium hands, you'll raise as normal.

Yeah, basically playing the same hands from say MP1 with a raise from a LAG UTG raiser that I would from the BTN if those people had already entered the pot.
