Villain seems tight, but I don't have a lot of hands on him. Let this go on the flop? Too weak? Consider that my line if bet into is to call down. This should be a routine hand and I just was at a loss for what to do.

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Fnord is MP1 with K, K.
2 folds, UTG+2 raises, Fnord 3-bets, 6 folds, UTG+2 calls.

Flop: (7.33 SB) A, T, 6 (2 players)
UTG+2 checks, Fnord bets, UTG+2 raises, Fnord calls.

Turn: (5.66 BB) Q (2 players)
UTG+2 bets, Fnord folds.

Final Pot: 6.66 BB

MP1 is a donk
Button really likes to make cute plays post-flop, but is really passive pre-flop. I'm pretty sure he's cold capping here with AA-JJ/AK.

i call the turn on hand 1. you have 6 outs, which isn't that bad getting nearly 7:1

I like the call there on the river for the second hand. AK, KQ seems like a fairly likely hand for button, though I'd wonder why he'd call two on the turn with just overs. Maybe a 3-bet is in order but I think just going for the overcall from MP1 while saving a bet in case Button does have AK is a good line.
If I had a hammer
I'd drop in the morning
I'd drop in the evening..

In hand 1 I'd probably fold the flop. It's pretty close but to be +EV you'll need to win about 3 extra BBs when you hit your hand.

The turn is really close, you probably have about 5 outs and getting almost 7-1 that isn't bad. Also you know he's paying off when you hit the river so I'd call.

In hand 2 I'd probably bet the flop, the pot is a bit too big to risk Button checking behind AK. If MP1 is aggressive I might 3-bet the turn.

River looks good.

Edit: Changed my mind about the flop call in hand 1, your implied odds are excellent.
