So I used to be a NL player and recently switched to limit. I"m sure you get a lot of beginner "how do you play AK in limit" questions here, but please comment on these hands. In general if you raise, get one caller, miss the flop and are bet into what is your line? Raise/fold/call all seem reasonable to me. Also, if anyone knows how to get the bet365/riverbelle/etc network to support pokertracker please let me know.

Hand 1: He capped preflop, so he's either on high PP, AK, or a complete moron. Since you have AK, his chances of having it are lower, and really his only reasonable holding is a decent pocket pair, TT+ or so.

I like your flop raise for two reasons:
1) It might get you a free card. That would be very, very nice here, since you have the backdoor flush draw in addition to 6 overcard outs, you're holding about a 7 outter.

2) It also defines his hand. He's definitely got a high pocket pair.

3) Turn is a nasty card, you can let it go here.

Well played, IMO.

Hand 2: Sans reads I like your play. If I thought I could get a free card by raising the flop, I would definitely go for that.

Both look good, sir
<Staxalax> Honestly, #flopturnriver is the one thing that has improved my game the most.
