Care to elaborate on the flop muck? This is one of the situations I feel lost in alot.
Reasons to call: he might be semi-bluffing the flushdraw or OESD or stone bluffing based on a read.
Reasons for fold: he made the flush or has a K and raised his made hand, lots of bets to go before showing down a possible 2nd best hand.
