Longhand limit game, 9 handed.

I'm fairly new to the table and don't know either of the villains in this pot.

Preflop: Hero is CO with T, J.
3 folds, MP2 calls, MP3 calls, Hero raises, Button calls, SB calls, BB calls, MP2 calls, MP3 calls.

Preflop is standard.

Flop: (12 SB) T, 8, 7 (6 players)
SB checks, BB checks, MP2 checks, MP3 checks, Hero bets, Button calls, SB calls, BB folds, MP2 folds, MP3 folds.

Again, tpgk plus a gutshot gives me 9 outs, minus the and for 7 or 8, checked to me, I figure I'm strong enough for a bet and maybe a reraise or call depending on what happens.

Turn: (7.50 BB) 7 (3 players)
SB bets, Hero calls, Button calls.

Here's where I'm thinking he has a seven. Should I have raised with my 9 outs instead of shutting down? It's possible I'm drawing dead here, but I may also still be in the lead.

River: (10.50 BB) 8 (3 players)
SB bets, Hero calls, Button folds.

Pot's big enough for a call, IMO, but I'm wondering if I blew my equity on the turn.

Did I make a mistake calling the turn?

Yeah, raise this turn up. If he 3 bets I would call, then fold that river but otherwise intend to see a showdown.
