Flop I was gambling with the shorties. CO is a super rock who plays every table so I would fold to him. BU is new to me so is probably not a 1/2 reg. He has the extra stack from a hand where he called a PSB in a 4 way all in pot with two shorties, he had a Qhigh FD and a gutter or something. seems to be playing tight. I have been winning some small pots, no real action yet.
If you bet the turn, what size? play the flop different?
PokerStars Pot-Limit Omaha, $2.00 BB (6 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com
MP ($200)
CO ($215.15)
Button ($357.95)
Hero (SB) ($265.65)
BB ($100)
UTG ($94.15)
Preflop: Hero is SB with 10 , 6 , 9 , J
UTG calls $2, 1 fold, CO bets $8, Button calls $8, Hero calls $7, BB calls $6, UTG calls $6
Flop: ($40) 6 , J , 9 (5 players)
Hero bets $32, 3 folds, Button calls $32
Turn: ($104) J (2 players)
Hero bets?

Since he is more likely to have wrap straight draws/ flush draws than sets/full houses you could check and hope he bluffs or completes on the river. I doubt you will do anything except chase him away with a bet on that powerful turn card.

flop looks good
I think if you check, he'll bet his made hands anyway
So with the pot already at substantial size relative to the stacks remaining, I think checking is correct.
I would bet most rivers if it checks through
