Only played about 10 hannds at the table everyone seems to be somewhat donkey like, what the flop play? Call/Raise?
If I call am I looking to hit the T or can I just keep calling down? I'm assuming preflop is standard?

In this situation I'd raise the flop. You're up against two big hands but not clear how big. A raise could get the CO to fold overcards, which would improve your winning chances substantially. If he or the BB 3bets that's a good indication of a big pp and you'll need to assume you're drawing.
In any case you have 6 outs to the nuts here so the only time i would fold is if an Ace hit on the turn and I got caught between raises. If you get to the river the pot would probably be big enough to call down unimproved. AK might bet every street here and folding could be a big mistake.
If you have a hand good enough to raise from early position (which you do), you have a hand good enough to call a cap with preflop. There's even a decent chance you have the best hand.
btw, you can't really tell anything from 10 hands unless everyone's been calling to the river every hand. Without more information, it's generally correct to act on the assumption that your opponents are average or slightly above average for that level, imo.

What he said, I'm raising here every time. You have 6 outs if you are behind, all of which are likely to be clean and theres a decent chance you may be ahead of AQ/AK, maybe even AJs/KQs etc.
If I get 3-bet here I'm looking for outs, if I'm just called then I fire again on the turn. I'm probably folding the turn to any decent amount of action on an A or K (depending on the odds offered for my outs ofcourse), especially if we're still 3 handed at that point.

I would raise the flop and never fold this for a single bet.

Yeah I raise, because there's a chance I A) have the best hand, or B) could end up with the best hand on the turn or river.
It's a semi-bluff/Free-card play.

The older I get, the more I start wondering; Just what in the hell is going on here?

I just call, raising does nothing but put more money in when behind and you're not getting a free card ever.

I wasn't thinking about folding, I was just wondering if I should raise the flop or not, I thought it was likely someone had JJ+, so I didn't really see the value. Sure if I hit the T or the 9 on the turn, I'd jam the pot - but I did'nt see much value in raising, as I was only going to get three bet by JJ+ (which I thought was a likely holding)

That's what I thought, if I raise here I probably am going to get 3-bet. If I just call I might get away with just having to call a second bet or it might just call round. So I just called and a T came on the turn yatzeeee! lo
