Looks fine to me. Depending on my read of UTG+2(for example if he doesn't semi-bluff or raise small pairs often), I might not 3-bet the flop heads up out of position as I want a cheap showdown if my draw misses, but that is the only even small question about the hand. You definately have to bet the river.
