UTG has a 2+2 reference in his screen name and looks TAggy.

i could see waiting for the turn to raise.....a safe card hits you c/r bad card you check and see how the action unfolds. I think you have him if the 8 didint help him.

I guess I was thinking along the lines of what hands does a TAgg limp UTG? What are the chances I'm beat or he's on a draw?

I think he spiked a set of nines. I understand leading the turn, but his raise there would worry me. I'm still calling down though.
Something like JJ is a possibility, but less likely to be limped.

Maybe, usually that's a raise UTG. Smelled like a set or draw to me.
Acting right before the aggressor in these situations leaves me kinda lost at sea...

What kind of draw would raise the turn? JTc or QJc I guess?
Tough spot to be in.

A big suited Ace of clubs might try to buy out the pot...

Ax clubs or a set on the flop which may now be quads, about 50:50 with a very low possibility that he limped a higher pair. I'd be calling even when I play weak tight you are +EV.

Tight raiser so I might not have much equity and I didn't want to be driving by default post-flop. I thought every street here was a puzzle.
BTW, he had A9s, suite didn't match the board. MHIG!

A9s I'm usually folding from EP, especially aggressive players behind me. Giving up value here?

A9s is usually an okay play from UTG, it should be folded at times....I like to play in games where I can limp A9s from UTG...
If i had been around to guess, I would have thought A9. If he was a bad player, I would have put him on 93 or a couple clubs.
I havent seen a more passive TT in a while though. Your bet straight out on the turn was just as odd as anything else in the hand.
Whats with the change?
