I think i really sucked on this one.

PokerStars 0.05/0.10 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with 4, 4.
UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, MP1 calls, 1 fold, Hero calls, CO raises, Button calls, 2 folds, UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, MP1 folds, Hero calls.

Flop: (12.40 SB) 4, 3, Q (5 players)
UTG bets, UTG+1 folds, Hero calls, CO raises, Button folds, UTG calls, Hero calls.

Turn: (9.20 BB) 8 (3 players)
UTG checks, Hero checks, CO bets, UTG calls, Hero calls.

River: (12.20 BB) 5 (3 players)
UTG checks, Hero checks, CO bets, UTG raises, Hero folds, CO 3-bets, UTG calls.

Raise the flop, raise the turn, good river fold.
To win in poker you only need to be one step ahead of your opponents. Two steps may be detrimental.

Not too many mistakes but yeah you should have raised for value here. At these stakes, no one with a heart will fold.

CO pulled out AA, and yes one was a heart.

So i guess i saved a few bets but i will have to played it differently next time.
