Not sure how best to play this. I've never played with this guy, but my impression is that he's overly aggressive since he raised me after the first draw while still drawing one after I had 3-bet before the first draw and then drew one (meaning I probably have a very strong, possibly pat hand). Maybe it wasn't such a bad play since he gets the pot heads-up, but it seems fairly thin regardless.

Anyways, after the third draw I end up with a perfect 8-6. Should I lead out or check-raise? I'm afraid a check-raise might fold out a lot of weaker hands and get 3-bet when he has a perfect 8 or a 7 or something. There's also the possibility that he is standing pat with a weak hand with the intention of showing it down after the third draw, in which case checking misses a bet. Any thoughts?

TLR is an unknown quantity at this point
I would check/call with an 8, with the size of the pot it is worth taking the hand to showdown, and there is no real way knowing if you are ahead or behind
