 I'd raise/call a 3bet.
Some days it feels like I've been standing forever, waiting for the bank teller to return so I can cash in all these Sklansky Bucks.

Definitely raise. Two pair is much more likely than trips.

He's then betting with queens or jacks or aces and the pair on the board. I don't understand if he had any of those why he wouldn't bet the flop. But if the opp is that bad... sure, raise and call 3bet.
