Riase or fold pre flop, tending toward folding. KTo is not a hand that does well multi way, but it has good high card value. By calling you are playing with multiple opponents for a small pot, which is the opposite of what you want.

Do not bet the flop. All you have is K high, and with multiple opponents is is unlikely you will win with a bet. One of the players also may be trying for a checkraise, which would be very bad for you. The pot is also small, so don't worry as much about contesting it. Take the free card.

There are 2 big bets in the pot at the turn, and the bet to you makes 3. So, you are getting 3:1 to call, and you are 4.5:1 to make your straight. It is unlikely you will get another 1.5 big bets from your single opponent if you make your draw, so fold. You can not count the K as full outs, since it is possible your opponent was slowplaying or trying for a checkraise on the flop with a 3. If you are fairly sure your opponent has a pair below your ten, (which is possible, but not likely enough) then this turns into a marginal call.

You might be able to raise on the river for value, given your read of your opponent. Unfortunately with the possibility that you are beat, I would just call. You should not fold top pair getting 5:1 on a call.

Fold Preflop. Check the Flop, Call the Turn and river.

KTo does really well with a lot of people or with a limited number of opponents, but sucks in between. In a tight game i would raise this preflop and thus bet the flop as well to give you a free card on the turn. Once your king hits most likely you've got everyone beat without a 3 (obviously).

Yeah fold that hand preflop.
Hmmm..fold the flop.
Fold the turn.
If you're still in at the river, bet it big and see if you can push people off the pot at that point.

But really, KTo is to easily dominated. Your position was working against you since you didn't have the opportunity to bet last.

If I raised preflop, I would be last if the blinds folded and it would isolate the limper. Then it would be headsup where KTo is a strong hand.

But that's a lot of ifs. If the blinds fold, if you can isolate the limper. It's a risky move.
