Full Tilt 0.50/1 Hold'em (8 handed) Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)
Preflop: Hero is BB with A , 8 .
2 folds, MP1 calls, 1 fold, CO calls, 2 folds, Hero checks.
Flop: (3.50 SB) A , 2 , 7 (3 players)
Hero bets, MP1 folds, CO raises, Hero...
Im thinking call then check and decide turn but is that too weak?

From oop you can guarantee that he'll be firing again. But with considering pot odds, you can peel. You're looking for another ace, another 8, or another heart to continue.
This MAY be some wierd ass attempt to get a freecard to the river.

villian's raise on flop is suspicious as he only limped preflop and you would expect him to raise AT+. Nevertheless his most likely hand is an Ace in which case we are WA/WB. My line here is to c/c the turn. If villian checks behind the turn, bet the river, but fold to most raises. If we hit two pair bet/3bet the river and if another Ace comes b/c the river.
