 Don't like the 3 bet vs anyone but def not vs fish with 3 to act behind. Your hand just isn't very good & it gets a lot better if 5 people take a flop.

I'd fold as played, maybe you could shrug/gamble with live kickers if you have been 3 betting a lot.
