lol plo. I did not think of it as a semi-bluff.
I'm still completely stumped on how to do combinatorics in plo, but my line of thought was that there are tons of overpair with FD hands in CO's range along with some rundowns that made the nuts, and more of the same from the CO. how that translates to how often I am ahead when called, I don't have the slightest clue.
Waiting for a safe turn to c/r because I guess I'm way behind a range that will get it in on the flop - this might be obvious, but I'm really a complete plo noob.

it works both ways, you could get value out of big draws all the while getting a hand like 45xx or even 599x or something like that to fold, your hand looks like 9T and when you do run into the nuts you still have ~10 outs

I give CO like < 1% chance of having T9 because of his sizing, esp turn when clearly one of you is drawing and it doesn't look like he'll get raised. BU may have it if it is naked or he is a nit with the NFD on the flop but either way I would expect him to always raise this turn if he did.
You're never way behind with top set.
