heh
hmm
the more I think about it I wanna say it's like aces or kings with a diamond draw. Getting 2:1 and having about 20% equity when behinds means his bluffing/semi-bluffing frequency doesn't have to be high at all here to make this a profitable call.
Any thought on just calling the flop?

I agree with the comments posted so far and would definitely call the turn in position, although there are a fair number of river cards we're not going to like.

i dunno but is this hand even worth a preflop call?
i know why some say call flop maybe but are they being too results orientated?? we do have BD nut flush so some straight cards also give flushes.
