Sorry for the retarded hand history, the Merge network has HHs that look like Cake's graphically, but the only thing copy+pasteable is an incomplete version of the hand.

Reads: basically everyone at the table is a donk, playing about on par with 4/8 live. Probably a 40-45% VPIP table, mostly passive.

flop: Donking it would probably have been best, but even if the preflopr raisor pops it, I think it will still be multiway and just more bloated on the turn.

turn: Plan was to CR for value, having the PF raisor on my left. When it was 2 bets back to me I had to give some thought to folding when that guy comes alive.

river: plan is to check-call 1 bet, but not 2.

Thoughts?

Lead flop. Probably fold turn to the raise and reraise.

Bloating a flop here isn't that bad as its a way ahead/behind scenario. You'll get AA with the Ac building the pot with you (the only hand you're a only a marginal coinflip against) as well as AcKx which you have decent equity over and as soon as someone wakes up on the turn you can let it go. I build the pot on the flop on the cheap streets rather than a turn checkraise where you're undoubtedly over repping your hand.

I lead the flop as there are so many draws out there and donks aren't folding their draws here. There aren't many turn cards that you like and you're obviously way ahead/way behind on this flop.

Turn you can fold. you're almost getting implied to draw to four outs. But not quite.

river is an easy check-fold for me.

One good reason to lead the flop other than giving a free card (which actually isnt as bad as we think, esp compared to NL) is that the often times a flop lead will induce the PFR to raise (often correctly) with his Ac. This should force out the two guys behind a decent % of the time and then you get to 3bet over the top which should also fold out the caller in between.

That way you get it HU and a much greater chance of winning the hand; I would probably take this line with sets + non nut flushes too. And if on the turn you bet and the guy who had been calling the flop raises then its just a matter if you have the odds to hit your 4 outer otherwise let it go. It would have cost you the same amount as you played here (5 big blinds) and it would be a more +EV way to play the hand IMO.

Yeah almost as soon as I checked the flop, I knew I should have donked it.

On the turn I felt that there was a reasonable chance I wasn't against a made flush from either villain. I find villains like these will either fastplay a non-nut flush right off the flop, or they will slowplay a nut/good flush even on the turn in order to not knock players out. Could have been a bad read, I don't know.

Results:

Both checked behind me.

NYchef - 9h9d
Styckbow - 9c9s. MHIG!
