I realize it's odd to ask in one thread, "am I too tight?" and "am I too loose?", but I've been working on changing my game, and these two hands represent my trying to make good reads on opponents and trust the reads on both ends of the tight-loose spectrum.

Hand #1, CO was running 36/4/1 (55) and the few times he raised preflop w/o a premium pp he was checking unimproved unless he was heads up, MP2 was running 32/6/1 (72) and wouldn't raise w/ less than tptk unless he was the preflop aggressor. I hadn't seen either raise their fds or oesds. Is this an easy call and I folded too quickly? Heads up or w/o reads, I never let this go on the flop (plus I was getting a great price to peel), but my reads put both on at least AQ and CO most likely on AA, KK, QQ (unlikely), or 1010. But that's such a small range I second guessed myself despite the steep price I would have had to pay to call down and likely drawing thin to a split pot. Way too nitty? Or a good read?

Hand #2, SB was running 7/7/8 (33) and was betting and raising everything he played all the way including A high (albeit a small range). I put him on a wide enough range here though to call down. Was this too loose, especially after the flop action?

Hand 1:
you're joking me, right?

When you have AQ, you're really behind only AA/KK/AK
you can make AK 16 ways, while you can make AA/KK 12 ways

but your opp's 3-betting range is way wider, I'd say something like JJ+, AJs+, AQo+, KQs because he doesn't know how to respect a PF raise

so when you flop a queen you've just beaten 90% of your opponent's range

AK will definitely spew off on the flop because he's like OMG straight draw let's spew off

MP2 is a tard and probably cold-called with whatever he planned to limp with and he's like OMG FLUSH DRAW I MUST RAISE

I mean at least call the flop, you're getting 2 to 7 and you have like 20% equity in the pot even against KK

Hand 2:
Is how I would play it. Is that a leak?
