No Reads- villian just sat down. Spew?

PokerRoom 0.50/1 Hold'em (9 handed) internettexasholdem.com

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with :Kc:, :Ac:.
1 fold, Hero raises, 2 folds, MP3 calls, 3 folds, BB calls.

Flop: (6.50 SB) :Jc:, :Td:, :Jd: (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, MP3 raises, BB folds, Hero calls.

Turn: (5.25 BB) :Th: (2 players)
Hero bets, MP3 bets, Hero bets, MP3 bets, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 12.25 BB

I make a continuation bet on the flop and I usually take more than 50% of these down, so I figure that's worth it. 9.5 bets back to me, so with two overs a gut shot and a back door flush I have odds to call.

Check/fold the turn?

Yes.

Edit: At 0.5/1, if someone raises you on that board, odds are they don't have air. Calling the raise on the flop is questionable, donk betting and 3 betting the turn is just silly.
