I have always played shorthanded limit but it seems to me that most players are now doing the same so it is getting tougher and tougher to find good games (i.e. the 60/1 and 75/60 guys are just not as common anymore). I still think I am better than most so over the long-term I will make money, but the rake wipes you out quicker at shorthanded games and the variance is a killer - so what are your thoughts on returning to full-tables where I should still be better than most, the rake will not be as bad, and the variance should be smaller?

i think that if you plan on staying at limit, don't play any one fixed game. Instead, search both the shorthanded and full ring tables and do what needs to be done to win.

IMO, you can find some pretty nice 30/60 FR games if you do your hmwk.
