Is that what this section is?

Played in my usual Tuesday night 3/6 game. To start with after about an hour I got caught up in the action and was playing way too many hands. That was my error and why I was down from my buy-in to begin with. But the one hand that still has me fuming...

8 players

dealt 33 in the CO

UTG limps
UTG+1 limps
MP limps
MP+1 limps (hmmm)
I limp
button raises
SB calls
BB calls
called around (family pot...easily the biggest of the game)

Flop comes Q23r (!!)

checked to me and I bet

get 6 callers

turn is a 6

checked to me and I bet again

get 2 callers

river is a J

UTG bets out

folded to me

I have played with UTG before and know she'll hang on for dear life to the river with any piece of the flop...in this case I figured her for QJ (questionable limp UTG, but whatever) as there was no pf raise from her (with JJ or if she'd had them).

I raise

she re-raises

I call and she shows 5 f'ing 4 offsuit for the straight

WTF? She limped UTG with 54o????? I could see calling with that hand out of the big blind, considering the size of the pot. But to limp UTG with it, especially with the guy just to my right raising every 3rd or 4th hand.

I guess I gotta console myself with knowing she'll get killed playing like that. It's one long session and about 70% of the time that straight doesn't get made.

Still that pretty much depleted my funds for the evening so I left soon after.

Not a fun night.

*shaking head* 54o UTG(!?!?)

Did I mention I had KK cracked with J3 suited, too? LOL

*sigh*
