Is this worth a call? Possibly a raise?

I'd fold. AT is likely to be among a limp behind others type of hand, but A9 has no real strength other than hoping you hit TPTK with the 9. Hitting the A is risky on account of how weak the kicker is.

eh, it's more of a blind stealing / 6max hand. Limping behind others in a ring game is just asking for trouble, lots of people won't raise AQ-AT
take your ego out of the equation and judge the situation dispassionately

They don't have the raise button in the blinds.

The blinds have 2 random hands. The 3 guys in front don't. My thought process is do I want to gamble with the limpers. How well do they play and what range are they limping. If 3 guys who are 50/15 limp, then I'm certainly playing this hand and would consider a raise if the blinds were tight. If someone like 15/2 or 15/0 is among the limpers I just might let it go.

Because we have position, we will often win the max and lose the least.

50/15 and 15/2 means what? I have no doubt it's some figure from poker tracker, but I still haven't gotten the hang of that thing.

OK I'd say it was something like this:
62/0
77/5
84/18

are the limpers
I'm not sure those were the exact players, but the entire table's stats were something like this (I noted one player was pretty laggy PF though)
