b/c. i dont want 3bets back in my face.....assuming he will bet something we beat, which i doubt.
the only hand, without reads, that makes any sense to me on this flop is TT....that hits the straight. all else that continues will pay off on the river because they wont put you on a T, either.

I don't like the thought of c/r since with straights and flushes possibly scaring opp's two pair/trips, it just might be checked behind.

I just figure if i check the river it confirms i dont have a straight, so he may bluff or bet his 2pair hands for value?

The river check-raise is pretty much de rigueur now and ppl will be wary. I don't think it confirms much for opp.
As for inducing a bluff in particular, that's pretty read dependent, imo. In the absence of a read, I'd play it straightforward.

I like a bet-call. I don't think there's much that he can hold on this board that would bluff against our check. Most of the time he will have enough of a hand (eg as weak as Kx to most 2 pair hands) to just check behind for showdown value. In my experience most villains won't take a hand like 8h8x here and turn it into a bluff on such a dangerous board.

i dont think 88 is even going to call our donk lead. but, another paint might. however, said paint wont bet if we check. two paints might, but when we check and get bet into, we have to be a little cautious of the T and only call.
