Took 4th in a 1035 person FPP Limit tournament.
The discussion here, particular Fnord's comments on starting hands and such really helped out.

i assume the title is a typo.
is there a guide or a post somewhere on FTR for limit players who want to improve their NL game? i've held my own in a few weak-passive NL games and tourneys, but i am toast if you throw in any really aggressive players.

Doh, yes, my error.
I am normally an NL player but I decided to try a Limit tournament. I am not really sure if there is a guide around here.

Good Job on the nice finish. Did you win anything for placing 4th?
