It looks like a bad hand to try the check raise with as well. Your opp either has a moderate hand (something like AT or JQ), a draw that didnt hit and he will only bet on a bluff, or he has u beat.
I'd rather bet the river and get him to call my one bet with a moderate holding then go for a checkraise where you will either still just get that one bet cuz he will fold or you will end up paying off three bets.

I think he bets just as many worse hands as he calls with. That puts both options at =EV. When he calls a c/r, it's just the icing on the cake.

i cant see him betting a lot behind you on the river once you lead the turn as well.
