It's been a while since I've played limit holdem. Is this standard?

PokerStars 5/10 Hold'em (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

4 folds, SB completes, Hero raises, SB calls.

Flop: (4 SB) J, 2, 5 (2 players)

Depends on who SB is. Against some players you just lost to A4 or 34 or some such crap. Against most you probably did ok, but it is generally bad to take a 3-bet/fold line. Just asking to be bluffed out in the future.

Tards like Ken Warren would say you played expertly.

I'd probably call down since this is a blind war.

This is anything but standard. Call it down every day all day.

Am I not drawing to two outs a high percentage of the time here against an unknown?

Not as often as you think, people make strange plays in blind wars. After the flop checkraise I would call it down or fold if an Ace hits.

Not against an unknown in this spot. He literally could have anything.

This + rake is why I just don't like playing these SH limit games...

I don't fold to the cap that's kind of dumb... can you actually put the guy on JJ given he didn't raise at all PF? I could see 22 or 55 but why would he cap the flop in this case... why wouldn't he wait for the turn to pop you? i think you have live outs, even if it is 2 of them, you figure that if you miss the turn you fold and lose 0.5bb if you hit the turn and he has a small set maybe you get 3-4 in on the next 2 streets for 6-8bb or 12-16sb you are getting 11:1 to call off the direct odds but an extra 12sb on implied so that makes it 23:1 and a profitable call for a 2 outer... given you are 22:1 to break even...
