Paradise Poker 0.50/1 Hold'em (9 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with T, T.
3 folds, Hero raises, MP3 calls, CO calls, Button calls, 1 fold, BB calls.

Flop: (10.50 SB) 5, 2, 9 (5 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, MP3 calls, CO calls, Button folds, BB calls.

Turn: (7.25 BB) K (4 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, MP3 folds, CO folds, BB calls.

River: (9.25 BB) 6 (2 players)
BB bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 11.25 BB

I was thinking that BB actually did have a king and was hoping for overcalls after my expected turn c-bet. When he got none he lead the river so I just called down (I couldn't think of any reason why someone would check the K on the turn but bet the 6, unless he spiked his set somewhere along the line. But then why not c/r the turn?). This is elementary for the resident experts I'm sure, but I'm looking more closely at my river play. I'm probably missing bets and spewing some calling down. The pot's too big to not call down here but the BB's river bet had me thinking I was already beat.

There is no other way to play this hand.

Even if he does have pocket 6s.
Just fold.

looks like Krag, 66, slow rolled flopped set or turned set, or a hand trying one last ditch effort to donk you off a unimproved hand like AKo... or they don't want to miss a bet by going for a c/r or something so they donk...

Whatever the reason i think folding isn't an option so you have either call or raise, I think raising is spewing because if you get 3 bet your pretty much always behind there, 99.9% of players will not 3 bet bluff the river... so it's a loose 2 most times and gain one less the time... so I think calling best play...

elipsesjeff is an unknown quantity at this point
He probably had a nasty hand like 96 or 65 or something and spiked his kicker.

Also, a good player could play 9x this way.
