Say you had 78s on the button. You limp after 4 limpers, and the BB raises. All of the limpers call. Do you call?
What if you were on the SB, you complete with 78s, and the BB raises?

Easy call on the button, something like 78s has a better chance than a medium-big PP to hold up in a multiway pot. From the SB I might be more inclined to fold for the bet since I paid only half of the first bet to get in and I'll be OOP the whole time.

What? What are you asking? Folding 78s preflop getting more than 11 to 1 is sacreligious.
If your small blind question is if it is folded to you and you complete... I sometimes raise here. If you complete... then fine call, maybe fold. Not a big difference EV wise. You are getting 3 to 1 to call and you're not a 3 to 1 dog against many hands. Unfortunately you have some reverse implied odds issues post flop that it may be best to avoid.

To win in poker you only need to be one step ahead of your opponents. Two steps may be detrimental.
