I moved up to 3-6$ at B&M 4 days back.
Stats:
Hours: 23.5 hours
Lost: 42$.
The cards been running colder than dead fish. 2nd day I was down 280$ after 5 hours and finally ended the night breaking even. Next day, I was down 260$ and finally ended the night down 120$. Its all variance and I am hesitant to move down because the player just suck at 3-6 here at this casino and if I got some cards and flops, you could win HUGE. well should wait it out i guess.
Do you ever get frustrated when sucky players playing shitty cards win huge pots that they shouldnt been in the first place. It gets to me. this bingo lady was winning hands with 4-7o and 5-9o making trips all night long. How do you deal with this frustration, especially at B&M.
Another weird thing happened day before yesterday. This guy was maybe feeling lucky and raised EVERY SINGLE POT and reraised or 3 bet every flop or turn and ended up WINNING MOST OF THE HANDS. He cracked AQ (paired queens) with 9-4o and KK with J-8o before my very eyes. both pots were capped preflop. I left the table as I was forced to fold every single hand including my blinds for a period of 45 mins.

Running bad hurts even more. I would look back at this glad to be only down $42. A blip when I was 4x tabling 3/6 10 hours a day.

yes, thanks fnord for showing me some perspective.
Its not that I am getting drawn out that frequently. Its just that i am not getting any cards for say 4-5 orbits and then I get one marginal card that out of frustration will play out of position (A-10o, A-Jo, JQo, K-Jo) and run against KK or QQ. Mostly its just playing the blinds and limping in with suited connectors (which start to look good after 4-5 orbits) and not hitting anything. When I do get my QQ (run against over cards), AA (both times flop comes all of same suit that i dont have Ace of), KK (someone makes trips). Still I didnt lose too much from those cracked hands. Mostly paying blinds.
I would definitely be losing a lot more if I did get some cards and got sucked out more often.
What kept me patient was I was looking at the board when folding my marginal hands (though could be played on a 5 people unraised pots) is that every time I would have made 2 pair or trips on the flop all would have gotten killed on the river. So I pat myself on the back for that fold and fold next one too
