Is this okay? I called pre because my pair is higher than anyones door card. When Buddylee leads out against a low that hit good on 4th and me I kind of want to fold. The more I look at it now I think it has to be a call. Thoughts?

actually TR I like a raise too, it probably will chase out some of the low cards that might play for a bring in. good idea.

I'm of the same mind here. I would probably open up for a raise here, based on position. It hopefully will serve to push out lesser lows that could draw out on you. Remember, in stud8, hi only hands are very vulnerable in multiway pots, so you want to slim down the field as much as possible. 4th is a brick for you, but you still get another cheap card, which I would probably take. Barring hidden aces or 2 low pair on 4th, you have the best hi hand still. And even against 2 low pair, you have a ton of redraws to retake the lead for the high. I would see 5th and hope for some improvement, but if I failed to improve on 5th, folding would look much more appealing, because the bet size increases, and you're faced with some decent aggression.
