This has to be one of the weirdest Stud 8 hands I've played. Can anyone put boomer on a hand? I had only seen him play one hand where he called my raise on 3rd and seemed to chase a low in a multiway pot that missed, so I really have no information on how he plays. I was thinking (A A) 8 may've been possible early on, but by 6th street it's impossible for him to have this hand. I guess a severely overplayed 3 card low or something.

About the only hand I can think of worth putting in a second raise on 3rd would be (AA)8. Possibly (A,baby)8 all suited. The vast majority of people that play Stud 8/b tourneys online don't really understand the game. My guess would also be an overplayed 3 card low.
TheXianti: (Triptanes) why are you not a thinking person?

I guess what confused me was how he merely chased an apparent 3 card low in one hand, and then on this hand decided to jam the pot on 3rd and4th streets with what ended up looking like nothing more than a lame draw to an 8. Not a very interesting hand I guess, just weird.

TLR is an unknown quantity at this point
my initial thought was [88]8, but then he play on 5th street makes no sense.
The other possibility is something like [6d7d]8d very badly played.
3rd possibility is [kk]8
