well there is no text on HU Lo8, so maybe we could hop on a vent
or go on AIM or something.... share ideas.. how much to raise PF in position? how to gauge opponents, etc. ....

If i may say one other thing, i think the following could be considered a rule:

in poker, there is money to be made of understanding concepts that your opponents do not seem to grasp

hence, i wanna learn and master this esoteric game.

PS bigspenda you're not setevesbets are you? lol. if not, then stupid question. XD

You want people to give advice on HU poker w/o giving any description of your opponent, the flow of the match, or his postflop tendencies.

In a vacuum I raise 1 and 5 and fold the other 3, maybe limping 3 or 4 but I'm not sure.

i think the 6779 hand is just the type of hand that when it makes a winning high our opponent will always have a low and when it makes a low we're usually getting scooped.

Exercise for the readers at home:
How frequently does the standard opponent make a low on any board giving us a straight in a raised pot? Not nearly as often as you'd think.

My unresearched speculation would be that most heads up LO8 pots are scooped.

I don't mind playing hands like this because if we make a hand at any point it's drastically unlikely that we'll get scooped, and there's a decent chance that we can scoop if they can't make a low.

Just a few thoughts.
