I mostly play Ladbrokes and am quite happy there, but would like venture out to another room. I primarily play micro/low limit ring games, and occasionaly some cheap buy-in NL tourneys. Looking for high traffic, decnet tourney structure and no creepy avatars. I've narrowed it down to either Pokerstars or Ultimate Bet.
Just wondering if anyone had any input that might help me make a decision? Including who's more reliable and quick with withdraws? And of course if there happen to be any other Ladbrokes players out there, it be great to hear how the competition compares.
Thanks!

Shark Bait...
Cool, thanks. And I saw those stars avatars, not great, but at least not so horrible as at party and fulltilt. OMG
Muxy...
Of course, money over looks! It's just nice to get both when you can. Plus, I make my living doing web graphics, so I guess I'm slightly more sensitive than most.
That reminds me... cheers to the FTR team for making a nice, relaxing looking poker site!

I DESPSISED UB. Quite a tough place at the micro limits.
Lower than 1/2, don't play there.

Everyone on this site likes stars, I don't know why. I'm pretty sure stars is a lot easier than UB, but I really like the interface at UB.
And you get ultimate points at UB! man I am a sucker for those. After playing for a solid 2 months I have enough points for a UB hat!!!

Sounds like it'll have to be stars then. Making the most money is the most fun.

I am up at UB for the following:
3.65 BB/100 hands at .50/$1 over approx. 3, 000 hands (and that is after a run of cold cards)
5.34 BB/100 hands at .25/.50 over 3,000 hands
This isn't a lot of hands, but I haven't found limit there to be way way difficult, and added to that, I am not the best player ever, either.
Seriously though, the competition is okay, definitely beatable, the interface is pretty good, and the withdrawal speed is decent.
