i'm not so sure i would reraise preflop with KJo...but i agree you need to follow up on your aggression.

Blind protection, I do believe. Also, it's 6-handed, which might have something to do with it.

looks pretty standard to me

just be prepared for some whacky outdraws it can get swingy . . .

If you are only taking shots BR isn't that important but if you are playing it FT make sure you have 300BBs min. (But you already know this)

I got 3.5k hands at 5/10 so far, only 1.5BBs/100 I have trouble handling the swings and wind up cashing out back down to 2/4 and rebuilding. I find it hard to think in BBs when PT shows me big red figures for bad sessions

Almost never limp, except behind other limpers. Big cards + position is everything.

Roughly, here is where I'm at for openers. Adjust to table texture, etc.

UTG & MP
88
Jacks or better offsuit
Tens or better suited
A9s

CO
77/66
Tens or better offsuit
Nines or better suited
A8
A5s

Blind Wars (button, defense, blah)
66 (55 and below for a defensive set only)
A5o
A2s
Nines or better offsuit
Eights or better suited
Suited connectors down to 54s
Suited 1 gappers down to ~75s

Gonna take me awhile to digest I'll get back to the topic later after I go over the hands for a bit

Would you mind sharing your 6max VP$IP?

This seems like not +EV raise here... a semi-bluff? I guess I am used to lower limits where I KNOW I will get called.

For my first 1k hands, I'm around 25% VP$IP 17% PFR. Granted, I'm on the rush of my poker career right now so that's inflating the numbers. I need to look into taking some hands out, although I'm not defending my BB enough...

There are a few reasons to make that raise.

o Villian might fold, a big coup for my hand!
o I might be able to take a free card on the turn
o If I get 3-bet I'm certainly calling and have gotten information about his hand.

Against an aggressive player, I might just call and take my implied odds. However against a passive/predictable player it's a solid play.

Opener's depend mainly on your game, some people open raise 66 UTG others muck it. I try to have set rules for the middle hands, sometimes i'll raise 77 UTG other times ill muck (never call).

It's rare i'll call a raise I'll usually three bet to try to isolate if my hands worth playing. If someone has already cold called I'll usually muck my hand unless it's very good.

It would be hard to list all the starting hands from diff positions as it all depends on how laggy you want to be. For instance QJo is a muck for me unless i'm on the button or the CO but not always played from the CO.

I'll try to steal the blinds with any 2 cards over an eight, any ace and any pair. I play tight from the SB, if I play i'm usually raiseing. The BB i'll play loose and will play some pretty crappy cards.
