Hero is 9c-9h in UTG+1

Preflop: Hero raises, MP2 calls, CO calls, Button calls

Flop: Qc-8c-3s
Hero bets, MP2 calls, CO calls, Button calls (SHIT, I am f****ed)

Turn: Qc-8c-3s-5c
Hero checks, MP2 checks, CO checks, Button checks

River: Qc-8c-3s-5c-Jh
Hero bets, MP2 folds, CO folds, Button calls

hero shows 9-9, button mucks. WHAT HAND COULD CALL ME that doesnt beat me ??

However, i know that this was a freak occurence and I am behind 90% of the times I am called.

Silly wabbit. Bet the turn and take it from there. I might check the river.

bet turn, if he calls check/call the river. he'd probably fold the turn. Lots of people will call the river with pretty much anything after the turn gets checked through.

Button could have had pair of eights...
The river bet was a bet for value

I bet the turn here. Nobody raised you. On this flop, that doesn't say to me "SHIT I am f****ed"--that says "Looks like I might have the best hand". Add this to the fact that your preflop raise and flop bet represent a strong hand, and you might get a Qx with a low x to fold the turn. A turn check points out weakness, so this same Qx will probably call a river bet if you check through the turn.

yes I should have bet the turn. But anyone who thinks Q-x is folding has never played 3-6 in our B&M . They will check call all the way with Top pair shitty kicker.

Yea but you also have to realize bottom pair isn't folding either...
