OK so the second hand isn't that interesting but I thought it was weird how J9 killed me with a 2 outer to then gift me with a FH within the next 5 mins

O on hand 1 i'll add that I thought CO was making a play foir the pot with the raise and put him on a Straight once he 4 bet me. 99 also flashed in my mind but I thought a straight more likely.

Hand 1: Check the flop. No way you're getting 4 players to laydown, nor can you call a raise.

Everything else looks pretty standard.

Checking the flop give me no information, if i bet and get raised I can lay it down, my hand isn't that strong and if it is the best I want mediam over cards to lay down.

Maybe its the 6max coming out of me, I tend to play Limit games very aggressivly, I would only check the flop if i was check raiseing

With so many to the flop and 2 overs flopped your hand is either a 2 outer, or there are like 20+ collective outs against you. On top of that, the pot is relativly small because no one raised pre-flop. Betting that hand is throwing money away.
