Nakamura is an unknown quantity at this point
I have two questions.

One, how do we play good hands like QQxx, JJxx (obviously with back-up) from UTG and the blinds? Raising and playing OOP when you have multiple callers at the low stakes, seems to not be a very good option.

Two, I have been very successful at the 1c/2c level, but when I moved up to 2c/5c level I found play a lot more difficult. Perhaps I'm raising too tight or something, but I found a lot more players are raising and calling our reraises. I'm never quite sure whether I should throw out a c-bet on the flop when IP, when opps seem to call with anything on the flop. Do I wait for 2 pair or better?

i have not played that low but if they call with anything it's fine to give up on bad flops. But, you should be playing hands like AKQJ on a J73 board so not quite just two pair.

re: good QQxx/JJxx I think limping and/or calling a raise OOP is fine, you should make plenty on top sets and combo draws. you can fold the bad ones EP if you want I guess but I think it's not a big deal either way. I would not open raise bad QQxx/JJxx UTG or UTG-1, if limping is working do that or fold
