i capped because i had a gutshot, an overcard, an already made pair, and a backdoor flushdraw. this gives me 10.5 outs. was this a good decision or not?

Hand 1: Capping here might have been a mistake because you're basically hoping that your pair will hold up. Youre behind here to at least top pair and probably a straight (if not, maybe an OESD). Your overcard, if you hit it, will likely give someone a straight or top 2 pair at least. The only thing in this hand that might bail you out is your backdoor flush draw and your gutshot - and you most definitely dont have the odds from those to continue in this hand let alone cap the betting. Try to account for tainted outs more often. Fail the flop, fold the turn unimproved.
ill critique some more hands later, im on my way out, sorry.

hand 1:
looks like you are up against a flopped straight. i don't mind the flop reraise, it lets you know exactly where you are...likely behind. i might actually fold to the cap, or toss on the turn. if you call the turn you should call the river too.
hand 2:
hmmm interesting...what did you want people to do when you 3bet the flop? did you want them to call or did you want them to fold? realize that no one with a draw will fold, and they will all call profitably. this is probably a good application from SSHE on waiting for the turn to raise. it almost looks like everyone missed the flush draw on the river, cuz any overpair would bet the river again.
hand 3:
well played.
hand 4:
raising the turn is also a good option
hand 5:
i'd attempt a check raise on the flop

Hand 1: Call pre-flop, don't re-raise the flop. From there the hand plays very differently.
Hand 2: Turn is interesting. Read would be key here making a call/fold decision
Hand 3: Well played
Hand 4: Well played
Hand 5: Either fold the turn or call the river. If he's aggro he shows you a busted flush draw often enough.

3-bet because you have the best hand and want to make draws to 2pr/gutshot overpay/fold. Waiting for the turn here might be FPS.

what does FPS stand for? frames per second? *gets kicked in the groining*
anywho, wouldn't you want them to pay on the turn instead of the flop when the bets double?
and about the CR...sorry, completely forgot you don't have position
