Hi Folks

Caight a great table tonight, full of player overplaying their hands. A couple of hands to share....

Hand 1. I have NEVER seen TPGK played so aggressively. It may look like I didn't need the fourth four, but the way this guy was betting I would lost lots of BB with only three fours. I would have had to slow down.

Party Poker 10/20 Hold'em (6 max, 6 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is BB with 4, 4.
UTG calls, MP calls, 1 fold, Button calls, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (5 SB) Q, 8, 4 (5 players)
SB bets, Hero calls, UTG folds, MP calls, Button folds.

Turn: (4 BB) 7 (3 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, MP folds, SB 3-bets, Hero calls.

River: (10 BB) 4 (2 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, SB 3-bets, Hero caps, SB calls.

Final Pot: 18 BB

SB has Qs Kh (two pair, queens and fours).
Hero has 4s 4h (four of a kind, fours).
Outcome: Hero wins 18 BB. [/color]

hand 1: cap the turn, call a river 3bet unimproved
hand 2: from 99's point of few this could easily be a blind steal. he loses the minimum when he's behind, wins the max by letting his opponent bluff away his hand.
hand 3: it's even better when they fold to you on the river.
