stats after approx 4500 hands:

VP$IP: 18.92
PFR: 6.7
Won $ at SD: 49.02
Aggression: 1.02

6 hands Highest profit: AA, QQ, AKo, KQs, TT, KTo
6 hands Biggest loser: KJs, AQs, JTs, AQo, AJo, AKs

also KK and JJ still running negative.

BB/100: -2.17 (total after 4500 hands, -100 BB).

Everytime i play disciplined after say 100 hands I make one or two big mistakes and go back 20BB and then it becomes hard to come back up.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hand 1:

Should I have called the 3 bet after I had raised preflop? Should I have raised on flop to see where i stand ? Definitely lay down on the turn ?? or shouldnt have even raised from MP? which one was the biggest mistake

Hand 2:

Should I have capped the betting. My thinking was to see the flop and hope no A or K fell there. If there is 3 betting going on before flop the hands that are out there could be AA or KK or AK and they are not going to fold to my capping preflop or betting on flop even if A or K didnt show up on flop.

Hand 5:

For no apparent reason I didnt 3bet the flop. I think i had raised with JJ a few hands back and a king fell and of course i was beat. I sometimes wait for a safe card till turn to start betting-raising. is that a bad habit because i could be allowing others to catch up even if they are behind ?

Hand 1: I check/call the flop + turn then gaybet the river
Hand 2: Go to war on the flop. Always nice to see AK played like AA.
Hand 3: Bet the flop if the villians are capable of folding. Bet the scare card on the turn. As played, I might fold to the river gaybet.
Hand 4: Well played
Hand 5: 3-bet pre-flop. Pop it once on the flop, if he 3-bets you consider c/ring the turn.
Hand 6: Good fold, pot is too small, flush draw is out and you're drawing to the sucker end.
