What's a good average hands per hour at the B&M?

I am keeping track of my sessions and I am using a 30 hands/hr on average. I play the 3/6 game with autoshufflers and some pretty bad/average dealers. I am thinking my 30 is a bit high at these stakes, as most hands have 5-8 players and almost always go to a showdown. I think 25 is a little closer.

Also, What's a good win rate in terms of BB/hr and BB/100?

I read ChezJ's post in the B&M mortar section and he mentioned a 5-8 BB/hr win rate. I think that's a bit high as right now after about 3200 hands (small sample I know) I am pulling about 6.6bb/100 and slightly over 2bb/hour (with the 30 hand/hr rate).

Thanks for any input.

A really good dealer and fast actiong players and you can see a game with about 40 hands per hr, but you dont get that often. I think 30 per hr is a good estimate.
Field mice are fast, but owls can see in the dark.

Autoshufflers are great, dealers and players are what slow down the game. From talking to a few dealers at my local B&M Watering Hole, (MGM Grand) they can only deal as fast as the players can play. It seems that the higher limits (10/20+) have more experienced players that move action along faster. They are usually more prepared to act when action comes to them. So decent table, fast dealer and fast players, I would say that 35-40 hands per hour is about the most you'll see. At a fishy 2/4 game with rookies it could be as painful as low to mid 20's.

My BnM Gets 35ish hands per hour. But most of the guys playing there are a selection of regulars that pick on fish. (I just recently graduated from fish to regular) So there are 3 or 4 newbs that we all pick on, and we have some pretty classic showdowns with some well played hands when the fish don't wanna play.

There are also quite a few financially endowed asians in the area that don't mind donating with some ok skillz.

Interestingly enough, when I post a losing night, I lose right around 10 bucks an hour.

When I win, I win right around 50 bucks an hour

so compositely I win (this is really odd) 31.37 (rounded up) dollars an hour. I spend more hours posting loss than I do posting wins, but when I post a win, it's usually cuz I hit a huge pot (4-5 too loose pre flop too tight post flop) and maybe force one good hand through my opponents. I also usually have one or two medium size pots counterfieted or drawn out on a night.

I doubt that these numbers are typical; but I keep detailed spread sheets of my playing at this particular BnM establishment and it's all 100% correct.
The older I get, the more I start wondering; Just what in the hell is going on here?
