But where?

MP3 and MP2 are the same person, and these hands happened right after each other. His stats: 15 vpip, 12 pfr. (I had him at rock status at the time of these hands) I really dont like getting reraised by a rock...

MP3 has Jd Jh (two pair, jacks and nines).
Outcome: MP3 wins 13.50 BB.

Party Poker 5/10 Hold'em (9 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with T, T.

Flop: (9.40 SB) 2, Q, 8 (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, MP2 raises, BB folds, Hero calls.

Turn: (6.70 BB) 9 (2 players)
Hero checks, MP2 bets, Hero calls.

River: (8.70 BB) A (2 players)
Hero checks, MP2 bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 10.70 BB

Results in white below:
Hero has Th Td (one pair, tens).
MP2 has Kh Ks (one pair, kings).
Outcome: MP2 wins 10.70 BB.

In both instances he could have had just over cards and was trying to buy the pot. Obviously I was wrong. I mean, what were the chances that he had....

I had one guy catch AA against my KK in consecutive orbits durring my recent downswing at 3/6.

In the second hand you can fold the river.

In the first hand, why raise 77 from MP2? In my experience, you're rarely going to isolate from that position for two bets. I prefer to limp after UTG + 1 limps.

Since you did raise, and got three-bet, about all you can put a reasonable player on is a PP bigger than TT or maybe AK. If you put him on AK, I think you need to either three bet the flop, call the probable cap and fold the turn, or call the flop raise, lead the turn and fold to a turn raise.

Thanks guys,

The 77 raise from MP was a little Laggy, I figured if I could buy the button I would have position on the blinds and could represent any big cards that would come out. I'm still working on perfecting these PP raises, damn you fnord for showing off...
