Villian is 10% PFR and semi-aware. Easy laydown, right?
Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (10 handed) converter
Preflop: Fnord is UTG+1 with A , Q .
UTG raises, Fnord 3-bets, 8 folds, UTG calls.
Flop: (7.50 SB) Q, T , 8 (2 players)
UTG bets, Fnord raises, UTG calls.
Turn: (5.75 BB) 9 (2 players)
UTG checks, Fnord bets, UTG raises, Fnord ???

With what you have given, I think so.. Anything he raises with other than AK probably has you beat (AA-99). AQ you are splitting the pot...

The turn laydown is fine. I do think this a clear cut case for FOLDING AQ instead of 3 betting it here. do you not agree???

I was wondering about that....
There are 8 players left to act and the chance of a capping hand being out is bothersome. However, he's been raising a fair range pre-flop. I think AQo with position plays well against his range.

if he was say MP3 and you were CO, I like it. But here, I dont like. If he is decent, he is going to raise less hands from UTG, so i dont really like it, plus the whole 4 bet thing behind you, that would be brutal here.
