Your hand didn't improve at the turn as much as you might be led to believe. Fold against the raise as you are beating nothing that raises you here.

3 pair is no good?
Unless your opp is known as very loose and/or known to semi-bluff turns you need to fold this turn.

Once he calls the flop and you don't improve, you're done putting money in the pot. I prefer not to bet out the ass end of trip flops out of position. I pretend I missed the flop. It just gets you in too much trouble than it's worth.

It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

You're missing value against most players then. This is 6 handed - and we have no reason to put our opp on a super tight range when he calls that flop after he limped preflop with position.
His call on the flop means almost nothing as most/many players will call that flop with two overcards (or even any two cards). The turn helped us, it didn't hurt us, so fire again - this is where many players who miss their chase will now fold, but you will often still get chasers who just call... When he raises your turn you now can tighten his range way up and now is when you can give it up.
