Stop trying to be so darn cute!
Hand 1: I save the limp/re-raise play for special occasions. Mixed feelings on the flop + turn line.
Hand 2: 3-bet the flop, he's got to cap to get that much respect from me. Particularly with so many draws out, I'd hate to give him a freebie. Turn is a difficult fold the first time it's 2 to you on the turn, brain-dead fold the second time around.
Hand 3: Jamm the flop the second time around, playtime is over, you flopped a monster so get in some extra bets!
Hand 4: I'd usually just 3-bet the flop. Stop'n go is an option too. Turn c/r is pretty risky.
Hand 5: Wow, he let you off cheap!

I'd rather take down the blinds with a raise from UTG then have the whole table limp after me. More people in, the more likely your AA is gonna be beat by something. As you can see, the BB was let in for "free" and it cost you.

I dont know what i was thinking in hand two when it was 2 bet to me on the turn. I mean, its OBVIOUS now, that trips was a definite possibility.
As for hand 1, if i had raised UTG there is some chance that sb would have folded, but maybe not. I also didnt raise the flop so he got to see the turn cheap. But these days, I am waiting till the turn to raise, as flop bet or raise doesnt shut out players as much.
