If he flatt calls my flop bet then c-raises the turn. Cause that seems to be the case 90+ percent of the time. Honestly one of my biggest leaks is calling in this spot with tptk.

If the villain is good enough that makes a pretty good bluff, especially if you fold too much in this situation. I'm sure there's a theoretical frequency of optimum calling. If it's HU I'd be inclined to call but it's dependent on the outs that you have to go with your TPTK and of course your read of the villain.
Oh, no! Not another learning experience!

yes this situation comes up all the time... good players you have to think about it more, bad ones have the hand, pretty simple... oh course a maniac that raises the turn in this spot you might have out kicked so calling is good...

my thoughts are that t depends on what the players TAF is... i'd say the ones that you have to look out for are 1.9-2.2 TAF and are capable of making a bluff raise... but typically i think at lower levels this happens less then you probably think... if a <1.9 raises the turn i'd be more willing to give it up assuming the pot doesn't hold the right odds to draw... anyone over 2.2 TAF i probably always peel...
